SUMMARY:Library Living Lab Start Up of Activities
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nOn October 16th 2015 takes place the Presentation of Activities of the Library Living Lab. \nThe neighbours of the Volpelleres area organised this presentation the their own neighbours and actively participated of the explanations. The agenda of activities for the following 3 months consists of different workshops\, scientific experiments\, debates and talks. \nThe guys from Anna Gironella helped us a lot with the robots. Robotics will be one of the lines of interest in the future of the Library Living Lab. Since robots will be pervasive in a few years time\, we want to be asking ourselves about the challenges that creativity is facing in the robotics arena. \n3D Printing will be one of the lines of interest in the Library Living Lab. Why? Because it helps us to develope models of creative collaboration. These models can be applied to all the areas of collaborative creation in arts and culture; however this is currently reserved to professionals of plastic arts and performance. 3D printing acts as a democratizer of the methods and protocols for collaborative creation\, because the objective (the 3D printed object) is tangible. In the way to the tangible object\, we can discover the valuable processes in an implicit way. \nWe had innovation workshops in which we invited the neighbours to identify challenges associated to their community. We did this by creating a set of cards defining a: \n\nChallenge\nGroup of interest\nTechnological Solution\n\nThe participants had to pick one card of each group randomly\, and develop during 10 minutes the connections from the Challenge to the Group of interest (people)\, and to the Thech Solution proposed.
