Artur Serra Hurtado

Artur Serra i Hurtado is deputy director of the Foundation i2Cat Catalonia, one of the first global programs in Europe for the Future Internet, as well as director of research and innovation at Citilab Cornellà. Dr. Serra is a founding member of the European Network of Living Labs Labs and has coordinated several initiatives PPP (public-private-partnerships Citizens) developing open innovation projects worldwide.
